With the weather getting cool so quickly this season we have been busy installing product for customers and servicing their appliances. At this time we are experiencing at least a two week window to get product installed. Our manufactures are in stock with their product, however the further into the season we get, the more product they sell, the turn around time can increase. If you are thinking of purchasing a fireplace, fireplace insert, or free standing stove - keep this in mind.

If you are having difficulties with your appliance, many times it just needs a good cleaning! Your owner's manual is a great reference tool to assist you with proper maintenance and can also help pinpoint problems and prevent service calls -- which saves you time and money. In the event you do need a service call, please give us a call, and if you receive our voice mail, please leave a detailed message and we will call you back as soon as we can. We will make every effort to get you called back as soon as we can.

Please know that your order is very important to us and we will make every effort to install your appliance as quickly as possible. Inclement weather like frost, rain and snow can create unique challenges for ladder or roof-top work. Our installers' well-being takes priority and unfortunately this type of weather can impact installations.
