Services NEED SERVICE? Whether your stove is under warranty or you have had it for 5 years, we charge a service call fee when we come to service your stove. Before you schedule a service call, please read through your owner's manual. We are finding that several customers who own pellet stoves are having troubles with their stoves - and it comes down to a dirty stove. Whenever your stove starts to burn differently than it did when it was first installed, it is most likely because it is dirty. You need to check your owner's manual for their instructions on how to deep clean your stove. Some manufactures state that this deep clean needs to only happen twice a heating season, but we are finding that deep cleaning needs to be done more frequently than what they state. If we come to service your stove and find that it is simply dirty, our cleaning fee starts at $125.00. Here are a few TIPS that can help in purchasing a stove:
Ideally, it is best to bring in pictures and measurements of your current fireplace if you are looking to put in an insert. Otherwise, a picture of the room in which you would want to put a free standing stove. The more you bring in to show us, the better we can help you! Before doing an install, we would like to come to your home and do a pre inspection- that way, there are no suprises!
